Welcome to Sports Block Puzzle! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sports Block Puzzle, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if younger)
• Have read and understood these Terms
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sports Block Puzzle for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may NOT:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app for any commercial purposes without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the app
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate the game mechanics

3. Game Content and Ownership

All content in the app, including but not limited to:

• Game design, mechanics, and rules
• Graphics, artwork, icons, and visual elements
• Sound effects and audio
• Text, code, and software
• Trademarks and branding

Are owned by IT Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

4. User Conduct

While using the app, you agree to:

• Use the app in a fair and respectful manner
• Not attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit game mechanics
• Not use any automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Not interfere with other users' experience (when multiplayer features are added)

5. In-App Purchases

The app may offer in-app purchases such as:

• Removal of advertisements
• Power-up packs
• Premium features or content

Purchase Terms:

• All purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store
• Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• You are responsible for any charges incurred through your account

For refund requests, please contact the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) within 48 hours of purchase.

6. Game Progress and Data

Your game progress, scores, and statistics are stored locally on your device.

Important:

• We do NOT back up your game data to cloud servers
• Uninstalling the app will delete all your progress permanently
• We are not responsible for lost data due to device failure, app deletion, or other causes
• You are responsible for maintaining your own device and data

7. Advertisements

The free version of the app may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). By using the app, you agree to view these advertisements.

You can remove ads through an in-app purchase. Ad networks may collect anonymous usage data for ad personalization. Please review their privacy policies for more information.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Bugs or defects will be corrected immediately
• The app will be compatible with all devices or operating systems
• Future updates will not change game mechanics or features

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of data, game progress, or purchases
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages resulting from device malfunction or incompatibility
• Interruption of service or app unavailability

10. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the app or any features at any time
• Change these Terms of Service with notice posted in the app
• Suspend or terminate the app without liability

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Third-Party Links

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., social media sharing). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where IT Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
